Mario Gay has over 27 years of international experience in the technological, financial, and strategic sectors, with a long and established activity in the MENA region, where he has worked as a manager, consultant, and entrepreneur. He began his career at Intel in 1997, holding roles of increasing responsibility until becoming Senior Investment Manager, focusing on Venture Capital and M&A operations in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. In the last fifteen years, he has served as Managing Director and shareholder of one of the leading IT distributors in the MENA, based in Dubai, contributing to the group's growth. Today, he is the founder and owner of two companies in the IT and consulting sector based in the United Arab Emirates, where he continues to collaborate with entrepreneurs, funds, and international groups. At the same time, he is dedicated to academic training, as a visiting professor at the SAA – School of Management of the University of Turin, contributing to the development of managerial skills of students and young professionals. Mario is a Chartered Market Technician (CMT), a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA), and holds an MBA from the SDA Bocconi School of Management.
