Dubai labour law is rather rigid and is not well adapted to the modern dynamic world. The employee is well protected in terms of termination, but the law also gives the employer many powers over the employee's time and activity.
ESTABLISHMENT OF EMPLOYMENT RELATIONSHIP: Here we will assist you with choosing the most suitable form of the employment relationship, help you in tailoring termination options, and/or remuneration system, as well as check the regularity of your work permit.
TERMINATION OF EMPLOYMENT RELATIONSHIP: Dubai employees with employment contracts are well protected and can’t be fired without a specific reason.
